SECURITY ALERT FOR CARD TRANSACTIONS

Dear Valued Customers,

Public Bank Vietnam (PBVN) would like to alert you to remain vigilant, proactively prevent fraudulent and impersonation activities related to card transactions.

To ensure safety, please take not of the following:

• Do not provide your payment information (card number, CVV codes, OTP codes, …) to anyone, including bank staff.
• Always directly supervise the payment process, do not let the cashier take the card out of your sight.
• Cover the keypad when entering your PIN at ATMs/POS.
• Do not lend or allow others to use your card.
• Disable online payment function when not in use and register for account balance change notifications.
• Carefully read OTP messages to confirm correct transactions.
• Contact PBVN to promptly lock your card or verify information if any unusual signs are detected.
