Public Bank Vietnam launches exclusive banking services

On November 18^th, 2019, Public Bank Vietnam (PBVN), a wholly owned foreign bank of Public Bank (Malaysia), introduced the Bank’s Red Carpet Banking (RCB) at Ho Chi Minh City Branch – 1^st Floor, Zen Plaza Building, No. 54-56 Nguyen Trai Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

General Director, Mr. Chee Keng Eng said RCB is the Bank’s way of showing appreciation to its loyal customers by enhancing the banking experience and customer delivery to another level in which customers can have their banking needs met in the most comfortable and private environment.

Besides enjoying many privileges including personalized financial advice and preferential terms for banking transactions, PBVN RCB customers will also be granted exclusive access to other RCB centers of the Public Bank Group in Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong and China.

Mr. Chee also added, in line with the Bank’s commitment to better serve its customers across the country, PBVN will be looking to add more RCB services to its existing network of 18 branches and transaction bureaus in the near future.
