On 29 June 2026, the Credit Institutions Management and Supervision Department - State Bank of Vietnam issued Decision No. 61/QĐ-QLGS3 on the amendment and supplement to the Establishment and Operation License of Public Bank Vietnam.

Pursuant to the Decision, Public Bank Vietnam hereby announces that:
1. Clause 2, Article 1 of the License for Establishment of a wholly Foreign-owned Bank No.38/GP-NHNN issued by the SBV’s Governor on 24 Mar 2016 to PBVN is amended as follows:
“Address of Head Office: 1st, 10th and 11th Floor, Hanoi TungShing Square Building, No. 2 Ngo Quyen Street, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi City, Vietnam.”
2. Clause 18 is added to Article 4 of the License for Establishment of a wholly Foreign-owned Bank No.38/GP-NHNN issued by the SBV’s Governor on 24 Mar 2016 to PBVN as follows:
“18. Participation in the following international payment systems:
a) The system of the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT); and
b) The international card payment system of VISA International.”
Decision No. 61/QĐ-QLGS3 takes effect from 29 June 2026.
