“ONLINE FRIDAY 2020 together with PBVN NAPAS Domestic Debit Cards” 

Program period:

From 30/11/2020 to 06/12/2020  

Program service: 

E-commerce transactions via Napas payment gateway by using Public Bank Vietnam’s NAPAS domestic debit cards.

Program scope:

- Applicable Merchants: Online merchants supplying goods/ services for retail purchases connected directly to NAPAS payment gateway, purchases (The list of merchants is attached to this promotion detail)
- PBVN Domestic Debit Card: All cardholders using active PBVN Lifestyle domestic debit cards

Program content: 

The prizes will be awarded via bank transfer from NAPAS to PBVN domestic debit cardholders, winners are the top spenders who have the highest transaction numbers or highest transaction value via NAPAS online merchants with just 1 (one) card number in the program period.

Note: The prizes are in cash and VAT excluded. NAPAS will pay the income tax on behalf of customers in accordance with the law 

Conditions:

-    The spenders with highest transaction numbers or highest transaction value in total through NAPAS online merchants by just 01 (one) card number in the program period.
-    Each cardholder with one domestic debit card will receive 01 (one) prize. 
-    With the cardholders having the same number of transactions or same total transaction value, prizes will be given to the ones who make the transaction first.
-    Among the cardholders who are applicable to win the prize, if there is any suspicious transaction that cardholders try to make profit from the program (based on data on transaction time, transaction amount and transaction merchant), PBVN has the right to request customers to provide more information/proof for the transaction to ensure its validity. If the customer refuses to provide the above documents and information, PBVN reserves the right to exclude these transactions from the list of winners.

Prize rewarding:

-    In 05 (five) working days from the end of the Program, NAPAS will send the list of cardholders and valid transactions as recorded on NAPAS system to the Banks to check and confirm cardholders’ information.
-    In 05 (five) next working days after receiving NAPAS list, Banks will confirm and send the confirmation of customer information
-    In 20 (twenty) working days after the promotion end-date, the list of winners will be announced on the website www.napas.com.vn and PBVN will contact with customers for more details.
-    NAPAS will give prize via bank transfer into current account of the winners

Other terms and conditions:

-    The Bank will inform and instruct cardholder to receive the prize via phone or email or correspondent address according to the information that cardholder has registered with the Bank. 
-    Cardholders, who refuse the reward, submit a cancellation request or cancel the card/account due to any reason before or on the program period will be disqualified.
-    The Bank, to the fullest extent permitted by Vietnam laws, reserves the right to decide the valid transactions.
-    The Bank reserves the sole and exclusive right to refuse offering the promotion to any customer if the Bank determined that the customer has provided invalid, unclear, inadequate information or violates any part of these Terms and Conditions of the Program.
-    Basing on customer consent, The Bank has the right to use name, image and address of the winner for advertising without any commission paid to the owner.
-    In case customers make transactions with foreign currency accounts, VND account at PBVN will be required to receive the prize if being an eligible winner.
-    All General Terms and Conditions, Account and Card’s Term and Condition and any other relevant terms and conditions of the Bank (as amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time) shall be applied.
-    These Terms & Conditions have been written in both Vietnamese and English versions. The Vietnamese version shall be prevailed in case of any discrepancies and/or inconsistencies
-    By participating in the Program, Customer by default accepts all Terms and Condition of the Program as listed above.
