  • Perform auditor’s function and duties (conduct audit engagements and prepare audit reports)

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Review practices on banking operations and develop Operation Manuals/internal guidelines to facilitate compliance to rules and regulations

  • Graduate from Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Foreign Trade University

Officer/ Clerk of Transaction Banking, E-Channels & Services Dept., Head Office

  • Analyze, develop, improve/ enhance features and utilities of E-channels such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking
  • Participate in deployment, testing and conduct acceptance of E-channel’s features/products
  • Graduate from Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Foreign Trade University
  • Preferably with understanding of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Digital Banking channels/ Participation in projects to develop E-channels

Business Relationship Manager (BRM)/ Assistant Business Relationship Manager (ABRM)/ Senior/ Business Relationship Executive (SBRE/ BRE), Head Office (based in Hanoi or HCMC) 

  • Solicit and develop relationship with existing and new customers to achieve individual sales targets on loans and deposits as well as cross – sell other banking products and services
  • University/ College graduate
  • Proactive with good communication and presentation skills

Business Development Manager, Head Office (based in Hanoi or HCMC)

  • Overall Business Development in Northern Region & Southern Region for Corporate and retail Business.
  • Branch Supervision to develop new customer base.
  • Planning and develop new strategies to enhance the Bank’s business portfolio.
  • Graduate Degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Banking & Finance, Business Administration.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Dynamic and pro-active with at least 5 years working experience in the Banking industry with exposure to Business Development

Manager/ Assistant Manager of Card Services Dept., Head Office

  • Be responsible for maintaining, implementing, and developing of Card products and services.
  • Progress the relevant Projects relating to Card Products/Services.
  • Propose to Head the Promotion Campaign or new initiative for Card products & services.
  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, etc.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Dynamic and pro-active with at least 3 years working experiences in management & banking operations or at least 2 years working experiences in card operations/ related areas with proven good track record.

Integration Developer & Core Banking System Developer, IT Department, Head Office

  • Be responsible for designing, developing and implementing application software systems of the Bank
  • Contribute to end-user support and system operation and maintenance
  • University/ College graduate in computer studies or IT related majors
  • Good knowledge in at least one programming languages: C# (.NET technologies, .NET Application, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC); Java or Kotlin (Android); Swift (iOS).
  • Working experience in banking/ IT is an advantage

Security Specialist, IT Department, Head Office

  • Perform security logs review and apply the security patches to all security and network devices
  • Monitor the performance and perform the troubleshooting for all security and network devices
  • Knowledge in information security in Finance & Banking area
  • Working experience in instalment, configuration and monitoring of network and security devices, e.g firewall, IPS, router, switch
  • Knowledge in network and application server system

  • Analysis, design, software development, testing, and production support of applications related to the core banking system and its interfaces.

Senior IT Risk Officer, Risk Management, Head Office

  • Assist in implementing risk management policies/ guidelines and tools / techniques to manage technology risk
  • Review technology related product proposals / risk assessments / system modification requests submitted by business and support units to ensure that potential technology risks are properly managed
  • Support the Bank’s technology projects to ensure that potential technology risks and security threats are properly identified and mitigated
  • University/ College graduate in Information Technology (IT), Information Security (IS) or related majors
  • Work experience in IT / IS, Technology Risk Management and/ or IT/ IS Audit
